Remember the good times

i was walking around the town, i passed by near to the San Juan de Dios market the i couldn't help myself get in into a small drugstore located in front of the market... it reminds me to my grandpa! it has also that very particular scent that remind me the drugstore of my granpa, the counter, the pictures and so many different things the i remember it kindly from there

a Cantina story...

I went recently with some friends to a very famous cantina in Guadalajara, it has a very nice architecture, the furniture is almost old like the cantina, they hasn't change the counter and behind of that there's a bicycle with a very funny story: one day a postman went to drink but after a few rounds he ask to the cantinero (bartender), if he can keep the bike as a part of the account and he will be back next day to paid the bill and get back the bicycle that is his transportation for his job... The bicycle has around of 50 years behind the counter...

The Theater

I had the oportunity to go to the theater, one of the most beautiful and old of my hometown and watch some concerts of mariachi traditional, yes, there's some difference between mariachi bands, the traditional uses just strings instrument, their outfits are made it with cotton white fabric and they sing mexican sones... The mariachi use to be mainly to cheer religious festivity and be more for the people, the tradition could be lost thru the past of the time but i saw so many different groups that i think i keep going along the country...
